About Head of Community Role:
As Head of Community, you will oversee the curation and development of new and existing community channels and programs for our portfolio companies. This role includes discovering new founders, building relationships with the current portfolio, managing and programming community-based events. The ideal candidate will bring proven community building and relationship management abilities, events production experience, strong project management, and execution skills. This is a cross-functional role that ensures our brand is engaged with the community.
- Lead a first-class team, design and set goals for their programs,
- Create and deploy strategy for Go Paladin on new and existing channels, including events. You are a builder with a unifying vision.
- You will be doing everything from identifying appropriate platforms, managing guest and speaker relations, and developing compelling program themes and topics.
- You are continually meeting and checking in with our portfolio companies and assisting them in specific growth areas.
About Go Paladin:
In 2016, Terell Sterling launched Go Paladin from his university’s library as a way to connect his community to entrepreneurship. It’s developed a lot since then. We believe that the path forward for many underserved communities is through entrepreneurship and we operate from a place of collaboration and inclusion, and we foster difficult conversations, push through fears, and look for active connection and respect everywhere we can find it.
