About Marketing Partner Role:

The Marketing Partner, Social Media, will own our social media program, elevate the GP brand, and grow our audience across various platforms. We are launching a new platform to explain the future of deal-flow, and social is more critical than ever. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to redefine social and lead a holistic strategy that drives the brand forward. The ideal candidate has experience as a social strategist and content creator—with a track record of successfully building highly engaged audiences and communities from zero or scaling and nurturing existing audiences. You enjoy the challenge and rapid pace of growing startups or high-energy media environments, and you feel at home partnering with a high-output content team.

  • Build, create, strategize. You’re a builder who likes operationalizing programs—you’ll be doing everything from writing copy to strategizing campaigns and measuring and sharing performance.
  • Advocate for our audience and support our portfolio companies social media
  • Trendy and Creative to develop strong content for our Go Paladin platform. 

About Go Paladin:

In 2016, Terell Sterling launched Go Paladin from his university’s library as a way to connect his community to entrepreneurship. It’s developed a lot since then. We believe that the path forward for many underserved communities is through entrepreneurship and we operate from a place of collaboration and inclusion, and we foster difficult conversations, push through fears, and look for active connection and respect everywhere we can find it. We don’t mind if you prefer something easier—in short, we are developing Paladins. We’re glad you’re here, welcome home. Go Paladin is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization working to increase the number of minority entrepreneurs in the current tech ecosystem. We connect talented individuals to our resource pipeline to push each idea to the next level.
