About Operations Partner Role:
The Operations Partner is a forward-facing role focused on data management, program development, and driving forward key deliverables throughout all 3 of our pillars within Go Paladin. Daily responsibilities include calendar management, coordinating meetings, and assisting our portfolio companies. Also, you will manage multiple high-level projects with our Head of Programs role. The ideal candidate will provide innovative and creative methods for continued improvements to administrative processes as the company scales. You will be the primary driver in optimizing operational efficiency across all aspects of Go Paladin.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of strategic processes and portfolio analysis
- Create presentation materials for internal and external audiences for both the group and the Firm’s portfolio companies
- Establish and meet operational goals – ideation to documentation including program development, supporting team members on operational best practices.
- Assist in developing and managing training sessions for new hires and current team members
- Be the front-line support regarding data analysis and integration between our teams.
